How can I pay?
By card through Inverse with 3-D Secure, from your Sterling wallet, or by bank transfer with a receipt upload. Prices are in birr or in dollars, depending on the traveller category, and you pay exactly the price shown — nothing is converted.
Can I hold a seat before paying?
Yes. When the airline allows it we reserve the itinerary and show a countdown. Pay before it expires and we ticket immediately; otherwise the hold is released and you are notified.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Open the booking in your dashboard. The airline's fare rules decide what is allowed and what it costs; you see that before you commit, and refunds go back to the original method or your wallet.
Is someone available if my flight changes overnight?
Yes. Our central ticketing desk works 24 hours a day and services every channel — web, app, phone and email.
